I'm 66 years old. The best mascara I ever used.
I would give them a ZERO rating if I could. I got a substandard product (which I suspect came from China) that I paid AUD$36.76 (USD$22.94) for. The product was dry and the mascara would not attach to the wand, even after cleaning the wand and heating the cannister under warm water. Be aware that if you have to return the product (small package of 2 mascara's in a letter size envelope, weighing only 0.067g), Australia Post will charge AUD$22.95 to send it back to a New York, USA address. I have asked for a full refund. This company only offered me a 50% refund of USD8.99 or AUD$14.41 and I get to pay AUD$22.95 for the pleasure. The company says they can do a refund (useless because I only get AUD$13.81 back, when I take out my postage costs. I just lost AUD $22.95 on the deal. This company does offer refund (within 30 days) or exchange. I'm not convinced that they would have any product that I would find acceptable as the Mascara's were junk
